Lynn Courville is the Executive Director at Ontario Student Voices. 

Lynn oversees all operations at Ontario Student Voices, providing comprehensive leadership for the organization. She is responsible for implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and goals. Lynn guides the organization in setting and achieving both short-term and long-term objectives and fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Lynn Courville brings over 5 years of invaluable experience in student leadership and the post-secondary sector in Ontario. As a co-founder of OSV, Lynn played an instrumental role in shaping provincial advocacy initiatives from the initial conversations. She served as the co-chair of the Implementation Committee and then became the inaugural Vice-Chair for OSV. Lynn's commitment to student welfare is incomparable; she dedicated countless hours to the creation of OSV while concurrently serving as the President of Cambrian Student Council.

Driven by a deep belief in community engagement, Lynn has been an active volunteer since the age of 12. Her passion for ensuring that students have a voice on matters impacting them is evident in her work. Lynn excels in relationship building and collaborating with key stakeholders to foster meaningful change in the education landscape.

With a proven track record of leadership and advocacy, Lynn Courville continues to be a force in championing student rights and shaping the future of education in Ontario.
